Is it normal for a man to shave his armpits?

Is it normal for a man to shave his armpit hair? I do this, since I think any bodyhair (except the hair on the head of course) looks ugly.

I'm a guy and I shave my armpits. It's much cleaner, and I need a lot less deodorant. I don't see why some people consider disgusting smells coming out of armpits 'manly.'

exactly! I trim with clippers. Why in the fuck would i want yellow marks on my shirts or to run through deodorant all the time. Plus, in the shower, you need to lather under there seperately because getting chalk outa hair...well...

Body hair serves no pirpose whatsoever, so why retain it... Who wants to floss whilst eating..?
I myself, am a long time married crossdresser with a veey supportive, understanding, and accepting, knowledgeable, and helpful wife, who has taught me all the traits to emulate women, from presentation, to walking, standing, sitting, mannerisms, make up, hair, nails etc, and I've an extensive wardrobe, including 42 pair of HIGH HEELS (and I do mean HIGH), and this for me is a lifestyle, and not a hobby, nor a passing fancy / whim.
I have been without body hair for eons - who needs it- because it is not very lady like.
Nothing worse looking than "patches" here and there

I shave my pits also. Makes it much more effective to apply deodorant. How it looks is your own preference!

  • This is normal, my boyfriend shaves his legs n I don't mind that. N he is not a faggot. Some guys do it to feel n look clean. Other guys find it unattractive but in the end it's on you. As long as ur cool with it forget what other ppl think :)

To me, it looks like faggot when "men" shave their armpits. Little trimming is ok, but full shaving??! When I see a "man" with shaven pits, I wonder if he shaves his vagina too.

In Russia where I come from the majority of men (the elder the more) shave their armpits. I was very surprised to find out that in Western Europe (except Germany) and the US guys who are usually pay more attention to personal care and grooming almost never shave their armpits. It's curious and weird...

depends if you go shirtless a lot or not, although I have always found men shaving any non-facial hair to look gay.
