Depends. I think it's normal to say it when someone has really pushed all your buttons and there's just no better word to use (male or female, men can be c-words too). Or to say it in a joking way.

To be honest, I find people resorting to yelling and calling me names in arguments to be pretty normal. It seems like adults these days act out on childish emotion instead of using their heads. It's pretty frustrating. Don't put up with that shit. I usually call them out on their bullshit and they stop when it sinks in that they're making a fool out of themselves.

Why do you put up with it?
