    Negative.

    They are a Very Highly Advanced Technological Civilization, in the Galaxy L2 (their designation, not ours) in our Local Group.

    They have been trying to help us.

        They are agreeable with you.

        You should help yourself, help others, and think for yourself.

        BUT, please make your decisions wisely. EVERY thought and action will change the timeline in this Universal Sequence.

        The greed, selfishness, and stubbornness of ALL humans MUST cease.
        This includes you, and I.
