Some guys just want it casual. Last girl I dated was a mindfuck. And it changed my mind on what I wanted. I wouldn't say I'm imposed to a relationship right now but I certainly don't feel up for one. That doesn't mean I don't want a girl's company. Your friend might feel similarly. Generally if a guy is using you won't even know it. If you really like him I wouldn't push him but if this isn't what you want you shouldn't wait around expecting more from him. Something could happen, something may not.
