That doesn't seem like you intentionally wanted to cause her weeks of pain or discomfort.
It was purely an accident. If she had fallen to the floor and missed the wall, I'm quite sure you wouldn't have continued the insult.
I even think legally speaking there is no assault here, except possibly originally her to you.
