Male and female bodies are not all that different on average, I don't think. Except for the obvious differences in reproductive organs, the physical characteristics of males and females aren't as drastically polar as media and advertisements might suggest. We idealize the very feminine and the very masculine in our culture (assuming you are part of western culture), but there are all different body types and characteristics of both genders which are not polarized in such a way.
