Is it normal for a guy to act this way?

Thank you deviantd I broke up with him on the nineteenth of January and he still hasn't gotten back to me. I have decided to move on, I am still, however trying to figure out how you can just treat someone that you have loved for so long like this. Thanks for the advice though
