You should really get flowers to ask her out. Between you and me, those flowers will guilt trip her. She'll see that you spent money on her and she thinks she'd be an ass if she says, "No." So she'll say yes and then that's when you use your charm to win her over.
If you don't have flowers or anything, she could say yes, but you have a lower chance compared to if you did get flowers.
MAKE SURE TO ASK HER IN FRONT OF HER FRIENDS.
The point of all this is to guilt trip her. It sounds harsh, but it's honestly the only way to get a woman who isn't THAT attracted to you.
I had those exact same thoughts before I asked my current girlfriend out. I didn't know whether or not she liked me, and I was afraid of rejection. I'm sure you've heard this before but you gotta take a few risks in life. You can't wait for stuff to be handed to you. I know these are just words coming from a stranger on the internet, but you should really listen to it and follow it.
So yeah, go and ask her out, tiger. I'm rooting for you.
