Everytime this girl sees me, she asks if she can punch or kick me in my "boys". As a guy it terrifies me and i just cringe at the thought. I've been hit there b4 and the pain is unbearable. I think girls know that it hurts us guys so is it normal for a girl to want to punch/kick a guy in the balls although they know it causes us so much pain??

No, it's perversion. Most girls are afraid to kick or punch a guy in the balls if he doesn't deserve to be hit there. Some guys have a fettish about girls kicking them in the balls and some girls like to it if he asks them to. If a random guy asked random girls if they could kick him in the balls, most say no.
