Is it normal for a girl to not text me back?
I saw this girl on a dating site and I got her number to text with her.
I have very little experience in the dating realms but I tried my best.
The first day was kind of awkward because she claims in her bio to be a bit shy and I am a little shy too but I talked to her about mutual shows we both liked. But she took a very long time to answer in between texts.
The second day I opened with a little joke and she laughed and we talked and joked around and she would reply within 10 minutes every time
The third day I assumed that we were starting to get on the "Friends level" so I simply asked her how she was doing. She saw the text and began to reply within 10 minutes but never did. That was 2 days ago.
Is this normal? Should I try again. This is literally the first time I've ever had a crush on someone so I don't really know what to do and I've never been in this situation before. I don't want to be rude and keep pressuring her to talk to me when I can't even tell if she likes me but on the other hand I don't know if she is just being shy? Was it too "Prying" to ask her what she had done that day?
TL;DR, is it normal for a girl to not text you back after 2 days or did she lose interest?
