Okay, so, is it normal for a girl to have a boyfriend of 4 years and still talk to her ex boyfriend who also has a girlfriend?

He often flirts with her and she flirts with him almost as if they broke up with their current partners, they'd get back together. is this normal?

The guy literally hugs her and teases her and everything when he's around her and she still likes him a lot.. They also still say "i love you" to each other but they only say they mean it as friends, but they have kissed on the cheek but this was only once a year back but they kept in touch for the entire 4 years and they even went out just the two of them.

Is It Normal?

    it isnt common, but the real question here is do you love and trust her, if youre this worried, you obviously love her but it sounds a bit like you dont trust her, which can really kill the relationship, voice your concerns once, not repeatedly, always make sure she knows you love her, and spend time with this other guy, make him your friend too, then you may find that youre ok with it and they are trustworthy
