I'll be at work or something, not actually thinking about anything sexual, and out of nowhere I'll start to feel ridiculously horny. And then it just keeps getting stronger until it's actually physically painful down there. I'm a virgin if it matters. I've always had an annoyingly high sex drive, but it's never been this bad before.

it will mostly be normal, but if it is perpetual, you should see your gynecologist about it. There is an actual illness that has these "effects", but that is "permanently" on(to the point where you have to orgasm to even have some time to think straight)(and no, that is _NOT_ enjoyable, not even remotely), and you just seem to have this sometimes.
I am pretty sure that's normal. That is to say I've heard of it. Like a girl version of blue balls, if I remember correctly the pain should be in your clitoris. But then again, what do I know... I'm a guy.
