People change, especially during adolescent and young adult years....it's probably just your personality settling into who you really are, and even then, adult people change all the time, and something that might interest someone for a period of time might not interest them as much later. It's a normal part of life.
Another thing is that maybe the fetish was a reflection of the lack of control you felt in your life, represented by the beautiful giantess having control of you. Maybe when you started having more control in your life--improved family situation and quitting pot, the idea of giving up control and being submissive didn't hold as much appeal to you.
