I wasn't making any assumptions about the poster's situation, and I certainly wasn't making and "arguments" and a far cry from "charges." I was merely giving information. The texts of laws are not assumptions.
The statistics I posted are accurate, the opinion I posted was also accurate. Your police friends are likely not working in the field of sexual based crimes. And, if you think they're so brave, ask them to put their comments in an email and copy their superiors.
You are assuming that your (quite a few) friends weren't actually guilty of rape or sexual assault, they may well have been. You did not lead the investigation, I presume?
It seems you were making an assumption based on the poster's situation because you directed your post to him as opposed to a general post.
You have no idea if your statistics are accurate. Statistics are often garbage and based on whatever those doing the study want to reflect.
If you don't know this then you don't know much.
In some of those cases the girls later admitted they made it up and they almost got charged. In other cases their girlfriends told me their friend made it up.
You're so full of yourself it's sad, not even worth replying to.
I was clearly making a general post, the original poster asked about guilt, and never mentioned even making contact with this girl, so my comments were for information only. He's free to judge himself accordingly.
With respect to your continued rape apology. While it's true statistics can be inaccurate, or skewed, a broad spectrum of studies, including those endorsed by law enforcement, reflect this trend. It's just information that shows one view of a broader social trend (ie - what is normal). Again, the poster can take it or leave it.
You are, in fact, the one insisting on applying your own personal experiences or anecdotal evidence from a group of (fucked up) friends to societal trends as a whole. If you can't distinguish between the two, then that's your problem. Again, the issue is whether the behavior is objectively "normal," not whether some other fucked up people would do it or be ok with it.
I may be full of myself, but that's completely irrelevant to the discussion, like your other comments that I sound gay. You sound reactionary, ignorant and a bit abnormal, but hey, even a broken clock tells the right time twice a day, so I'm not going to address your comments on the basis of personal opinion (which I can't even have, by the way, because I don't know you, although you seem to form a full opinion about my personality based on a few web comments.)
is it normal for a college male to find a highschool girl attractive
