Hey everyone i was at the gym the other day and saw a girl in short shorts and a fairly noticeable ass and got a little aroused but she was like 13 years old and probably like a freshman in high school... i felt guilty and like it was creepy... so i kept looking at her and i just found her attractive? has this happened to anyone? is it normal?

You're making a lot of assumptions.
Nowhere did he say he was over age having sex with under aged girls.
Therefore your argument and charges are wrong.
In many states it's not illegal for young people to have sex with each other and many other states have close in age exceptions so even if one person is older it's still ok.

High school and college? It isn't really that much of a difference. If the girl is at least 15-16, she's most likely already experienced puberty and grown breasts. Guys are hard-wired to be attracted to that, so there's nothing wrong with it. It's more of whether or not the girl is mature enough to be dating older guys. And it's also his responsibility to make sure she's mature enough for him too.
