Did you ever tell him how you felt about the girl or tell the girl anything?. If not you can't balme him for flirting and dating the girl. How was either of them ment to know that you marked her as your mental teritory grow up. If you didn't do anything to get her don;t get mad when someone willing to gets her before you. Yeah it sucks but dont blame either unless they knew before hand.
I would suggest getting out and socialising more unless you are planning on going out, with one of the girls you have been chatting to. As you seem to focus you love live around these four girls and dont talk about looking at others. Who know's if you go out you might find some amazing girl that will take your mind off them good luck.
