So my best friend is a guy and we're always really flirty and touchy and have lots of fun together. To be honest, I'm developing some feelings for him. He told me once he liked this other girl who was his "dream girl" and I bring her up everyonce in a while and he goes all weird. He won't talk about her or any scenarios she's is and asks me not to bring her up. Is there something weird going on here or is it a normal boy thing?
P.s. He doesn't know I have feelings for him

    To be honest, it could be any number of things. Maybe he likes you too and is trying to gauge your feelings, or maybe he knows what you feel and doesn't want you to feel bad. Without knowing the two of you, it's impossible to say. That's the same for anyone else who responds. Be very careful not to trust anyone who says (based on your paragraph) exactly what is going on.

    Difficult as it may be, the person best placed to answer your question is you yourself.

    I'll have to agree with the above two posters. It'd be really hard to tell from this if your friend might have feelings for you or not. I can say, it is normal, at the very least! If you truly think your friend has feelings for you, and you can trust him, maybe bring it up somehow. If he truly cares about you, even if he didn't give back to you those romantic feelings, I bet he would understand.

    Hmm I agree with the above poster. But it could also be that she doesn't feel the same way about him, and he knows this. So he is slightly depressed because of this. So he doesn't like talking about her.

      I think that red spark is right, mybe you are his dream girl, he just conceals his feelings for you so you dont find out, he thinks that you might reject him, go ahead try and ask him if he really likes you
