To love someone any age is fine, to be in love is not.
She isn't ready for this relationship or other wise, and if he really loves her he will understand that and back off, if he doesn't then he doesn't really love her. Tell him to back off and mingle with girls his own age.
If he doesn't I would tell the police.
But I would also talk to her about it.
Ask her if she's ready to have children and everything that goes with it.
The crying every night, no more going out, no more sleep, feeding, watching, changing diapers, puking ect.
