I don't believe I ever said anything one way or the other about anything being "ok", I stated that some things are normal and why that is so.

If you'd like to take it further, the subject of when a brain is fully developed has nothing whatsoever to do with a woman's body and it's ability to conceive. As you see the subject IS about a 35 year old man and his attraction to girls of about 14 years.
