The subject at hand is in the subject line, but since you've seemed to go off on your own anally fixated tangent I can hardly expect you to realize that.
I don't believe I ever said anything one way or the other about anything being "ok", I stated that some things are normal and why that is so.
A little further education on your part should contain perhaps equal parts reading comprehension and history, as a place called Delaware wasn't called Delaware and there were no laws there to speak of in "Medieval Times".
If you'd like to take it further, the subject of when a brain is fully developed has nothing whatsoever to do with a woman's body and it's ability to conceive. As you see the subject IS about a 35 year old man and his attraction to girls of about 14 years.
Had you bothered to read, or had the ability to understand, all I really said was that his attraction is normal. I did not say it should be acted upon, in fact, I don't recall recommending any course of action.
