I come from the same background as you. I am the middle sibling though and my older sister always played the parent. It is normal for you to be concerned. I went through my rebellious stage, hung out with questionable people, experimented with drugs, and lied about what I was doing the whole time. Just be the big sister continue to give advice and be there for her when she needs you. She will most likely grow out of this. I found that the more people questioned me and berated me the more I pushed back.
