Is there any particular reason why you don't want to learn to drive? Are you afraid?
You can learn to drive and get your license without being obliged to actually get a car of your own. You mentioned that you live with your grandparents, if learned to drive you could be more of a help to them rather than a potential burden. I think it would be in your best interest as well as the best interest of your grandparents for you to learn to drive.
I'm not afraid of driving, but I'm afraid that learning would be difficult. While I am book smart, I'm not that great at learning hands-on stuff. I don't want to fail. Also, I'm the bread winner of the household, so I certainly don't think I'm a burden to my grandparents.
IIN for a 28 year old to not want a driver's license?
