Is it normal for a 20 year old to have never been kissed?

I don't necessarily have an anecdote, I just need feedback from an unbiased sample of people. Ya'll game? Here it is: I just turned 20 and I've never been kissed. Is that a more common occurance than I think it is, or am I just an anomaly? I've been told I'm pretty and intelligent and funny. I'm not overly b**chy. More importantly, will my never being kissed be a factor in someone wanting to be with me in the future, like I'm a freak or something?What's the deal? I am sorta shy, but don't guys just usually go for it?

    Susan Boyle's old and she's never been kissed... Maybe she's the exception.

    Normal I suppose, but you should get on that right away. It's normal now but it's not gonna be normal if you're 30 haha.

    its normal that you havent been kissed. you dont want guy drama at your age anyway. focus on supporting yourself first.

    My friend is trying to make my girlfriend and I have sex because she had sex at 16. You don't have to be stupid and rush things for anyone or anything (rushing and being for others is stupid). Happy hunting!

    Everyone goes at their own pace. Don't sweat it. You can be kissed tomorrow or some other day. Don't worry about it.

    you just cant worry about stuff like that. if it happened to me it WILL happen to you its not something you plan ahead for you will one day find yourself with some guy and he will be making it obvious that he likes you (or you him, except your a girl so i doubt you will) and then it will just happen.

    Don't expect to be very good at it your first time. I recommend just forcing yourself out of your comfort zone a little.

    I say is a little weird not being kissed at your age. considering the fact that 14 year old are having sex already but that is another story. if you say your pretty, and intelligent. then i don't see why not, have you ever dated? the being shy part might be a bit of a factor, but maybe you are making your self not reachable somehow. you should start by just being friendly, and talk with everyone and anyone, go out see if anyone interested you, or if anyone is interested in you, we guys are very easy to tell when we like someone. besides that good luck.

    Well, I guess when you are kissed, it will be an incredibly sweet and passionate one!

    No - this won't matter for your future prospects, because anything you do romantically is always in the here and now. Its not a job experience & resume kind of thing.

    An alternative, if you can buck yourself up for it, is to choose a guy you like & who has signaled he likes you, and plant a great big smacker on his lips.
