Is it normal for a 2 year old to get dizzy

Hi all, my 2 year old daughter has spells where she calls out for me and kind of falls to the ground and says die. This has started happening quite often, usually she is stood or sat and is very anxious or panicky as this thing is happening to her but this morning was different, she was in her high chair and her head was tilted back, she looked as if she wasn't focusing very well by her head movements and then she started saying mummy mummy die mummy die. I obviously picked her up and comforted her until this subsided which took maybe 10 seconds.
But what is happening to her? It's scary to watch this happening. I'm making her an appointment tomorrow to be on the safe side but I'm worried about it

Might be a problem with her inner ear. Your doc will figure it out. Good luck!
