When I was 16 my first real boyfriend was 21...and there was no sex. My parents were extremely strict but after meeting the guy they allowed us to date As long as you understand that she still has a lot of maturing to do and don't try to push her into doing "21 yr old things"...I see no problem with it. You must have her parents permission though! Also, if the relationship ends poorly...she or her parents can have you arrested by accusing you of having sex with a minor. Just something to think about.
