Well 16 is legal, but the maturity levels differ, even though they say women are about 3 years more mature than their age you can tell the difference. the naivety shows. Anyway I tend to go by the rule of no green bananas basically no on under 18 even though 16-17 is legal. Although with that said girls under 18 do tend to be a lot hotter, never really understood why but they just are right? I sometimes fantasize about girls under 18 but try not to act on it. I have met up with some but nothing ever happened.
