I suppose a psychologist might say you're looking for mother-figures. Maybe you have either a bad relationship with your mother or a particularly close one?
Or maybe you're just looking for women you want to emulate? At 20, many people are still trying to figure out who they really are.
I don't see how this could possibly be morally wrong. Who is hurt by your crushes?
In fact, I think it's very positive. There are plenty of women who actually don't like other women due to feelings of self-loathing. If you enjoy the company of other women, that suggests you're probably happy about _being_ a woman.
Although you say your attraction is not sexual, it has been found that quite a few women who identify as heterosexual do find other women physically attractive. So that would be pretty "normal" too.

What do you mean by mother figure?
"Maybe you have either a bad relationship with your mother or a particularly close one?"
Actually, both! My mom infantilizes me, but we are also very close.
"Or maybe you're just looking for women you want to emulate?"
Ok this is definitely not it.
"At 20, many people are still trying to figure out who they really are."
That's good to know. I hope I am alot different by the time I am 25.
"I don't see how this could possibly be morally wrong. Who is hurt by your crushes?"
What if I do something romantic with a much older woman at some point? I don't know if that is okay for my mental health.
"In fact, I think it's very positive."
That is a stretch.
IIN for a 20 year old to be attracted to much older women?
