Well you probably have exhibitionist tendancies. This would be a legal way to fullfill that desire. Not saying that there is anything immoral about having that desire but society frowns on it unless you are in the appropriate location.
You could also go to a clothing optional location like a resort or a clothing optional beach, assuming you don't want to have to register as a sex offender.
