I believe it's totally possible to go to 22 years without masturbating TO ORGASM.
There's many girls that never experienced an orgasm up to that age, quite a few of them also never had sex, and the result? They are sexually not awakened, don't miss out because they have not experienced what's to be had.
As for going to 22 years without EVER masturbating: No, i don't believe that. Even if you just tried rubbing your finger against your clit or inserting it a couple times out of curiosity, thats also masturbation, just not to "finish".
Heck, if i casually play something on computer, "read" a picdump or do anything else that i use only one hand for, i often find myself unconsciously caressing myself/playing around there.
