Is it normal for a 9 year old boy to pretend to be in a a movie?

I have a 9 year old son who like to watch movies. When he is watching a movie, he likes to pretend to be in the movie. He talks and shouts like one of the movie characters, gives comments when the bad guys win or something like that. Is it normal?

    My brother and I used to bring out our stuffed animals when we watched a scary movie and pretended to be running away from the killer along with the characters in the movie. Completely normal

    Almost every kid likes to pretend sometimes. I used to pretend to be Captain Underpants's sidekick. I really liked those books when I was a kid.
