Weighing yourself once a week can be a healthy way of keeping yourself on track. But more then that might be a problem. Also there are tricks to measuring weight. One you can gain and lose a few pounds every day, even from morning to night. Because of this you should way yourself at about the same time. Also, muscle is heavier than fat, so if you have been working out a lot but the scale is going up that could be why. Try measuring inches instead to calm your nerves. It is normal for your metabolism to slow down with age, so normal to gain weight a bit too. And last but not least, stressing out about your weight can cause you to gain weight. A little stress is okay, but too much wreaks havic on your hormones and will have you packing on the pounds in no time, especially on the tummy. So eat well, excercise and relax and you'll be just fine.

YES you are doing the RIGHT things.. food for you. You are keeping your weight under control and keep it up and you'll have a long happy life. You don't want to be stuck where I am when you get older and slowely gain weight over years and become chunky.

Keep in mind though that LISTS, carrying them, following them, etc is a sign of OCD. Do you have intrusive thoughts, superstitions, thoughts of 'if I don't do A, then B will happen'. Fears. Those are all symptoms of OCD. If you are making a lot of lists, that is a clear sign. You can develop OCD over food, chores, etc. There are many OCD forums. Ask them if you have it.

Be careful, dont get obsessive ( you really sound like you already are) eat good things, good portions, do some phys. Activity. But dont write down everything or count the calories, i think this is too much

I'm wondering how tall you are. But yeah, you should see a medical doctor, and maybe a psychologist too. You eventually are gonna run yourself down.
