  • While it's not normal, I wouldn't say it's freaky or shameful. In fact, I have OCD and that thought pattern of 'what if?' is very familiar to me. If it bothers yo, I suggest talking to someone professional? Because it's better to get rid of any delusions or anything like that early on before it gets worse. Stay safe and good luck!
