thats the whole problem. is an idea that you cant get out of your head you think its true in YOUR reality. i can hear peoples voices and yes i think that i know what theyre thinking. but its all paranoia.you just gotta believe that its not real. youre the confuse one so you cant trust your instinct . obviousy everywhere on line it says that is a mental illness . so all you can do is try to believe its not true!! get happy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
