It sounds as though you need to speak to a doctor as you are displaying symptoms of depression.
Be assured that no-one can ever read your thoughts!!
If you believe in God and the devil, you will be relieved to know that even the devil can't read your thoughts, only God knows what you're thinking!
See a doctor though and tell him / her what you're suffering.
