I use facebook regularly and I don't do any of that shit.
For me it's a good way to communicate with people and keep in touch.
I have never once had "facebook drama" and I would never post about my personal problems. I come here to do that.
The problem you are seeing is the result of just how some people are and how they will act when they have a new way to complain.
