I've managed to stay civil with my ex-boyfriends, but we never stayed "friends." If I see them around somewhere we just say hi and bye, but otherwise we don't stay in touch or hang out.
I'm not trying to live the Carrie Bradshaw life. It's best to move on and open doors to other possibilities.
