I too, do not like the idea of my organs going to someone who is a complete fucking asshole. But do remember, that most people are not criminals or wife-beaters. On a statistical level, it is uncommon to be a criminal and wife-beater. But you're not going to see nearly as many organizations and news stories dedicated to decent people. Why? Because decent people are boring.
If you want your organs to go to a decent person then you're going to have to donate them. It's a chance that you're going to have to take and statistically, they ARE likely to go to a decent person. There's still that chance that they will go to an asshole, but that's a chance that I am willing to take.
In many cases, I try to avoid screwing over a majority of good people because of the deeds of a few assholes, and this is one of those cases.
