I might seem difficult but since your relationship has developed over time, it probably has a lot more going for it than one of simple infatuation.
I have to add that if you are measuring it against wasting your senior year, maybe you are not really ready for that kind of commitment. That's Okay, but you should know what you really want.
No matter what you choose, you will be missing out on everything you dismiss. Think it through carefully first - then follow your heart.
