Is it normal dealing with a difficult elder?
My great grandmother, who is 92, is hardcore Russian, and is staying with me for two months in the states. She's like as stereotypical babushka as you can get, and she's tough as an ox and a pretty unfiltered old gal. She's gotten around to referring to me as a poof and has basically nicknamed me Pansy because I grow my hair out and I'm a pretty soft dude lol. That all doesn't bother me, and my girlfriend finds it hilarious so I'm alright with it.
But she's incredibly superstitious and follows some sort of old Russian folk religion that she insists on implementing in my condo while she's here. She pours "spirit" vodka on my bed and in any cut or scrap or bruise that I have while I'm sleeping, which burns like a bitch, and then I have to clean my sheets. Also she's convinced my condo is haunted and now she's got me sleeping with the lights on and totally spooked. And when my girlfriend gives me head she smacks the walls and shouts "Disgusting! Disgusting!"
She is a very physical punishment pushing woman and snatches me up by the ear in public if I ever do the slightest impolite thing. Also she smacks the shit out of me with a little carved stick she carries everywhere and then laughs about it and scoots off. I really can't be genuinely mad about anything she does because it's just so ridiculous that it's hilarious.
