That's iffy. It's better to get an enema kit so that you can add salt to the water. Otherwise the body can absorb too much and you could get water intoxication. And if you do it too frequently, once even every 3 days, your body could become dependant on it for proper bowel movements.
Try an enema kit, they're much nice.
