IIN college wants me pay rent and wont give me the grants?

    Yeah. My mom barely got out of debt, cant even afford to pay for my brothers college, and my dad signed up for bankruptcy at least 3 times now. Neither one of my parents can pay my schooling. I have to pay it myself.
