Wait they're gonna take your grant AND your loan then give you what's left for Housing? That's F'd up. But not yet until they sort it all out you're...what? Supposed to live in a box? That's realy F'd up. To me it does not sound normal but I have not gone to collage yet so if it is I'm gonna get reamed just like you are.
