Yes, it's ridiculous. There's a lot of baby items like strollers and carseats-identical in every way, serve the same purpose- but come in pink or blue. I mean, I get it, I am a parent and I dressed my boy in boy clothes and my girls in girl clothes and I admittedly did enjoy doing a few stereotypical special boy and girl things with my kids. But the toys and items like carseats being gendered is over the top. And oh no, what if you have a girl first and buy a pink stroller and carseat then you have a son next? Do these people get rid of the pink stuff and buy all new for the boy? I imagine many do.
