I'm in a similar problem (check out my first question, if it gets approved), except the genders are reversed. I'm not sure if your sister shares the same viewpoints as mine (I'm a girl, so maybe), but I think if she has seen you naked a lot, it means she accepts it. I'm sure she might be inviting you for something more, in a subtle way. Be bold: grab her by the waist one day, or walk up to her and wrap your arms around her, and tell her that you know how she feels. If she doesn't say anything, or hesitates, kiss her (if she hesitates, she most likely is trying to come up with a story).

Yeah, it's fine, as long as he doesn't make any move on me. I know him, he's just doing it because I'm a girl and he's a guy, e doesn't want anything out of it. However, if your sister is able to see you sleeping nude or bathing nude while talking to you, it means she's interested in you.
IH he makes a move on me, I would reject him, but not because he's my cousin. If I liked my cousin like that, if he made a move on me, I would have sex with him. I just don't feel that way towards him.

You could try to take things to another level by having her see you completely nude. Talk to her normally while naked, maybe even touch her.
