Well if you're open to it you can take religious studies classes at a college and learn about different religions. Maybe you will find something that you can connect with. Either way you shouldn't be scared because you're either going to a heaven (if you're a "good person") or you become nothing. And if you become nothing you have no conscious thought so you wont even know your dead so it wouldn't be scary.
It's a fear of just not knowing what does happen after death. It hurts not knowing. Like the pain of not knowing if your being cheated on by your partner. But yeah i guess i still fear being immobile and unconscious.
Is it normal before sleeping I can conceptualize my death?
