Kissing is a weird thing, when you think about it. I've been grossed out by it, but only with people I didn't like. Anyone I've liked, kissing has always been nice.
It could just be a quirk in your nature, we're all different.
My advice is to just tell the person, you're not much of a kisser and you just don't like it. You're pretty young, so I can understand that you might feel weird saying that. But at that age, everyone's still figuring things out, so don't feel weird about it. You're totally entitled to do only what you like and not have to do things that gross you out.
So don't, it's totally ok to just be up front about stuff like that. There's nothing wrong with it.
