its normal, sometimes when people are unhappy or stressed they take it out on other people. Where i work there's an older lady who was working at my work place for years, she complains for every thing or anyone, gets into confrontations with her bosses and no one likes her, but in the end her manager or supervisors can't get rid of her because in the end she does the work and she knows it and they know it.
Is it normal as i being a secretary , to act this way ?
