I think your unhappy. I would seek council to work out what is bothering you.
It sounds like you are trying to bring other people down to your level of unhappines - like it isn't fair that she's happy and I'm not so I will make her life a living hell.
I'm not sure how you have gotten away with this for so long. As someone who works in Human Resources... I would be suprized if you do not get written up very soon and possibly sued by your co-workers. I would be very careful if I were you.
I would recommend asking your employer for financial assistance with this as they have most likely recognized your unwelcome behavior and would be willing to help (depending on which country you live in, they may even be legally responsible to help you or at least make an offer).
