Well, for a start, light clothing is of course the best: vests, T-shirts, zip-up jackets, cotton underpants, rugby trousers, etc. Don't tell anyone, but I have been known to cheat by nicking waistbands and thick seams with scissors before putting the clothes on.... It's just great fun to tear everything off.
I usually use old or well-worn items - but I don't do it too often! The neighbours must wonder why I set off looking like a tramp but return well-dressed...! Thanks for your reply.
