Detoxes are scientific fallacy. You madam, would be hanged in 1650. SO many people gain back more weight than before after a detox, but the wight you lose on a short-term detox (ie in the first 3 days) is water. After that, your metabolism-reduced body will (according to the uni of Greenwich's sports science depart.) Lose around 50g of fat per day. This is not much at all (it is possible to consume this in one huge meal in just pure fat)
The weight you very easily put back on is fat. So it is very easy just to gain it all back +.
The only realistic way to keep weight off long term is to eat lots of healthy foods regularly and exercise.
Is it normal anorexia?
